Official Wedding Booking and Cancellation Terms.

Once you have decided to make your dream wedding in Thailand come true, our team will guide you through the booking process step by step. After we receive your enquiry and provide full details for your special day, including the package information and total investment, we will send you an official invoice and wedding voucher by email.

To confirm your wedding booking, a 30% deposit is required. This deposit secures your wedding date, our planning services, and all necessary arrangements for your ceremony.

Cancellation and Refund Process.

We understand that unexpected situations may occur and plans may need to change. If you wish to cancel your wedding booking, please notify us in writing by email at: info@thailand-wedding.com

Once your cancellation request has been received and accepted, we will issue a cancellation confirmation number for your reference.

Refunds are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice.

Refund Terms After Paying the 30% Deposit.

More than 6 months before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made more than 6 months before the confirmed booking date, an administrative fee of USD 200 will be deducted from your deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded.

During the 6th month before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made during the 6th month before the confirmed booking date, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.

4 to 5 months before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made between the 4th and 5th month before the confirmed booking date, 65% of the deposit will be refunded.

During the 3rd month before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made during the 3rd month before the confirmed booking date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

During the 2nd month before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made during the 2nd month before the confirmed booking date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded.

21 to 30 days before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made between 21 and 30 days before the confirmed booking date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than 3 weeks before the wedding date.
If cancellation is made less than 3 weeks before the confirmed booking date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refund Terms After Paying the 30% Deposit.

All refunds apply only to the 30% deposit paid to confirm the booking. Any bank charges, transfer fees, exchange rate differences, or third-party fees are the responsibility of the client and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
