Official Wedding Booking and Refund Terms

Have you decided to make your dreams come true? To ensure a smooth planning process, please review our Wedding booking and refund terms carefully. After you inquire and receive all information about your special day, including the investment amount, we will send you an invoice and a voucher via email.

For payment methods, please follow our instructions in the ‘Payment’ section on our website (https://thailand-wedding.com/payment-options). Following these steps ensures you secure your date.

Cancellation and Refund Process

We realize unexpected situations happen. Therefore, here is how you should proceed if plans change.

First, write us an email to info@thailand-wedding.com to notify us about your cancellation. When we accept your cancellation, we will send you a cancellation number.

What happens when you cancel your booking after paying the 30% deposit? Our policy outlines the refunds based on when you notify us:

  • More than 6 months prior: If you notify us more than 6 months before your booking date, we charge USD$ 150 from your deposit for administrative costs and we refund the rest to you.

  • During the 6th month: If you notify us during the 6th month prior to your booking date, we refund 80% of your deposit.

  • 4th to 5th months: If you notify us between the 4th and 5th months prior to your booking date, we refund 65% of your deposit.

  • During the 3rd month: If you notify us during the 3rd month prior to your booking date, we refund 50% of your deposit.

  • During the 2nd month: If you notify us during the 2nd month prior to your booking date, we refund 40% of your deposit.

  • 21 to 30 days prior: If you notify us 21 to 30 days before your booking date, we refund 20% of your deposit.

  • Less than 3 weeks: If you notify us less than 3 weeks prior to your booking date, we do NOT refund your deposit.
