What happens when you cancel your booking after paying the 30% deposit? Our policy outlines the refunds based on when you notify us:
More than 6 months prior: If you notify us more than 6 months before your booking date, we charge USD$ 150 from your deposit for administrative costs and we refund the rest to you.
During the 6th month: If you notify us during the 6th month prior to your booking date, we refund 80% of your deposit.
4th to 5th months: If you notify us between the 4th and 5th months prior to your booking date, we refund 65% of your deposit.
During the 3rd month: If you notify us during the 3rd month prior to your booking date, we refund 50% of your deposit.
During the 2nd month: If you notify us during the 2nd month prior to your booking date, we refund 40% of your deposit.
21 to 30 days prior: If you notify us 21 to 30 days before your booking date, we refund 20% of your deposit.
Less than 3 weeks: If you notify us less than 3 weeks prior to your booking date, we do NOT refund your deposit.
